 The Original! The Perfecto is THE classic (and most widely imitated) motorcycle jacket, first introduced by Schott back in the late 1920s! A favorite of bikers, rock stars, and badasses worldwide, it was also worn by Marlon Brando in the classic 1953 movie The Wild One. A copy of this jacket is also worn by one of the featured characters in the newest Indy movie, but the Perfecto is the original. It's also the real deal: a true motorcycle jacket, constructed from tough & heavyweight cowhide leather, meant to be used as essential riding gear for bikers (it's not merely a "fashion" leather jacket styled to look like a motorcycle jacket).
Features include a naked cowhide leather shell, quilted nylon body lining, bi-swing back, classic style collar & lapel, underarm gussets, plenty of pockets (3 front zippered pockets, 1 snap-flapped change pocket, 1 inside chest pocket, and 1 inside map pouch), belted waist, zippered sleeve cuffs, poly-cotton sleeve lining, and snap-closed epaulets. A bit of fiberfill insulation has been added for warmth and the jacket features heavy duty zippers & snaps throughout, including the snap located on the upper back of the jacket for attaching an optional fur collar (fur collar not included but is available separately below).
This is a beautifully crafted jacket that is surprisingly soft & supple for such a tough piece of riding gear and will make a fine addition to your wardrobe. Beware of cheap knock-offs & overpriced imitations -- the Perfecto is the ORIGINAL! Black only. Length: 25" (Regular sizes), 27" (Long sizes). Made in the USA.

This vintage motorcycle jacket by Schott is outstanding in both quality & style, an ideal jacket for both bikers and non-bikers alike. Each jacket is constructed from truly antique-looking vintage cowhide which has been further "aged" with distressing, done by hand, along the seams and other typical points of wear.
This beautifully crafted jacket is very soft & supple, requiring no breaking-in period. Features include: heavy duty brass zipper & hardware, underarm gussets & bi-swing back for freedom of movement, A-2 style snap-down collar, adjustable side straps, reinforced elbows, two front zipper pockets, one G-1 style inside map pocket, one inside cellphone pocket, zippered cuffs with snap-closure strap, inside wind flap, kidney back extension, and nylon lining. This jacket is based on Schott's Classic Racer #141 but is accented with red, white & blue leather stripes on the left sleeve and right chest. It's inspired by the one worn by Peter Fonda in the classic 1969 counterculture movie Easy Rider (although Fonda's jacket also featured a large American flag on the back, which this jacket does not have).
Features include an adjustable stand-up collar, underarm gussets & bi-swing back for freedom of movement, two zippered front pockets & one zippered front chest pocket, zippered cuffs, adjustable side straps, inside wind flap, and a zip out pile liner for extra warmth.
The Easy Rider Cafe Racer has the clean, simple lines favored by many bikers who prefer a more conservative style of jacket with patriotic flair.
